25: Snowdonia Marathon 2008 (UK): The demanding and spectacular route, encircling Snowdon - Wales' and England's highest peak, has given the event a unique place in the annual marathon callender ever since. TBC: Bog Snorkelling Triathlon, Waen Rhydd Bog, Wales (UK): following on from the famous 'Mountain Bike Bog Snorkelling' on the 5th, this event starts with a 12 mile run, then a refreshing spalsh in the peat bog (2 lenghts of the 60 meter strip), then a 25 mile mountain cycle.
