"I though the whole team did really well. No one held anyone back and we completed the competition as a team, I think is character building. In terms of difficulty, it was middling. I could have done it a couple of more times (he smiles), but it was good! Some of the rope sections were a bit dodgie if you chose the wrong ones, and I think is was a bit wet and muddy in places as well."

I can't believe how many mud and swampy sections there were.At one point I fell off this high rope section, bounced off a hay bale then landed face down in the blackist, stinky-ist swamp I'd ever seen. I wouldn't have minded so much but my mouth was wide open at the time. Cripes, I'd do this again... but not right now though!"
