>Project 2B: Building the Front Suspension

Having installed the back axle and engine we are really cracking on, until we get to the front suspension that is...

We opted for the basic front suspension option on our 2B, no fancy wishbones for us - if the sliding pillar is good enough for Morgan then its good enough for us.

What you need is...patience
If you have been following the build so far you will remember that we stripped the macpherson struts from the front of the donor sierra. The majority of the strut was used in the rear suspension, but the front suspension is based around the shaft from the macpherson strut.

What we learnt this time...  

Hmmmm...sliding pillars may be alright for Morgans but they are a bit on the fiddly side, to be more precise they are a pain. Study the build video carefully, then watch it again, then try to build the suspension and then watch the video again...
